I spent 2 weeks with children and Lila at their house, which is filled with smiles, happiness and joy. It was a great experience to learn Nepalese culture and habits from it's youngest citizens. I will remember this time as valuable and important part of my self development. I would recommend to everyone come and be part of this family. They will stay in your heart for ever! :)

Hello everyone. As some of you well know, I recently spent some time volunteering at an orphanage in Nepal. And wow!! What an amazing experience. My time in Nepal will stay with me for the rest of my life and I'm already planning on returning next year to volunteer again. If you've ever thought about doing something like this, or want something more out of a holiday and do something that truly means something, then please consider volunteering at Orphanage Nepal Chef. The couple running the orphanage do a fantastic job at supplying housing, food, clothing and medical care for the children all within a loving home. And the children, wow, the children are so adorable, loving and well behaved. If you can't make the trip yourself, donations are greatly appreciated to help with running costs. And to sweeten the deal, I'm selling these beautiful scarves made in Nepal out of yak with 100% of the money raised been sent straight back to orphanage. No agency, no middle man. If you want to help, please contact the orphanage or myself. I'm happy to answer any questions, inbox me if you like
